I used to ride my mountain bike 24/7 everywhere, even in the cold rain and snow. It's been 10 years since I've taken it down off the hooks, and it shows. I just don't have the ambition to get out there and excercise. With regular 60 hour work weeks, I just want to sit my lazy ass down on the sofa and drink my beer!

Yep, I'm getting used to it. But after my first heart attack I'll get myself back in line.

Well, I'm still walkin', so I'm sure that I can dance....

Will listen to 1/11/79, first show next time I play racquetball, like I did last night, and came home to ice my hip for an hour before limping up to bed after watching Schilling get shelled by the Yankers.

'course, i'm 40 now, but oh, well, a touch of grey, kinda suits me anyway (that was all I had to say, and....you know the rest ;-)
